1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and o9win ("Platform", "we", "us", "the company") governing your use of the website, application, and all services provided under the o9win.xyz domain.

O9win is an online casino and Sports Betting platform providing digital entertainment to adult users in Malaysia. We offer a wide range of game categories including Live Casino, blackjack, roulette, slots, football betting, cricket, badminton and e-sports to registered members.

These terms take effect from the date you register an o9win account or from the date the terms are updated, whichever comes first. By using any part of the o9win platform – whether via the website or the app – you are deemed to have accepted all terms contained herein.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use o9win's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the slip is submitted. Any odds changes after submission will not affect bets that have already been accepted.
